☞  Are your originals available for purchase?

Most of my originals have been sold to collectors at art shows around the country.  I do have a few left that might be for sale in the near future and I will be making a wholly new body of work in the coming months.

☞  WHEN IS YOUR NEXT ART SHOW?  
Sorry, I stopped doing art shows in 2017.  As much fun as it is to meet you all the schedule, set up, tear down and travel got to be too much.

☞  IS THIS YOUR FULL TIME JOB?

I hesitate to call making art a "job" but I don't normally do anything part way.  Having said that I have been a small business owner for most of my life and I have been making art even longer.  I have owned more than a dozen businesses over the years. (including art galleries, a software company,  photography and video businesses, to name a few).  The two things I have always done is art and real estate. To that end I guess I would answer that I am a full time artist AND real estate agent today.

☞  How is shipping handled?
Your new artwork is carefully packaged and shipped by my professional fulfillment lab. 
They print and ship...This is all they do and they do it well.  The cost of shipping is determined by the fulfillment lab.

Reproductions of my original paintings are printed, framed (if applicable) and shipped by my lab.  In a nutshell, production generally runs about 5 days and shipping takes another 3-7 days.  The cost of shipping is calculated based on weight / size of each item.

☞  Returns and Exchanges.
Let me start by saying it is very infrequent (I've never had it happen!) that an order needs to be replaced for any reason.  However,  if you are not satisfied with your artwork or in the unlikely event it arrives damaged,  please contact me so we can discuss your options.  I am happy to exchange your purchase up to 7 days after you receive it under most circumstance.  Be sure to use the LIVE WALL AR (Augmented Reality) features on my website to eliminate the guesswork in buying art! (You cannot even do this when you purchase from a brick and mortar gallery!)   In the LIVE WALL AR you can see my images in different room settings and in different sizes.  The AR allows you to use your phone or tablet to superimpose my images right on your own walls! (No App required!) IMPORTANT: Please keep all original packaging materials if you need to return the art.  There is a 15% restocking fee for cancelations,  exchanges and returns. I am charged this fee so I must pass it on to you.  

Because artwork is special ordered, my print lab only provides a no charge replacement or refund for quality issues or in cases of orders damaged in shipping.  In those two cases, they may request the order be returned to them and will provide a return shipping label.   Other than those two circumstances, print sales are final but I really want you to be happy so I offer an exchange for the purchase price of the print being returned (original shipping charges are NOT included) - less a 15% restocking fee providing you:     1. Contact me within 7 days of receiving the print.  2. Repack the print in the original or new professional materials.  3. Return it within 14 days of receiving using either FedX or UPS (paid by customer) 4. Insure it for the full value (paid by customer)  5. The print must arrive undamaged. 
I will take photos of the package and the art before and after I've opened it.  Once I receive the art in new condition I will send you a gift card code less the 15% restocking fee.  This fee covers the costs I incur when placing orders through my website.  

☞  If your artwork arrives and the box is damaged    
Before opening the package, please PHOTOGRAPH the damaged PACKAGE.  Open the package to see if the work has been damaged (maybe we'll get lucky!l)  but …  if the art IS damaged please PHOTOGRAPH the damage to the art and  contact me within 3 days with the photos, details, and your order number.   I will contact my fulfillment lab.  They provide a refund or a no charge replacement for orders damaged in shipping.
